WRAPPING • Section hair for desired perm technique. • Wrap hair as desired. DO NOT WRAP WITH WAVING LOTION. Wrap smoothly without tension. If hair becomes dry while wrapping, remoisten by spraying lightly with water. • After entire head has been wrapped, towel-blot thoroughly and evenly. WAVING LOTION • Place cotton around hairline and towel at nape of neck. Empty contents of ISO-Thermalizer bottle into the Waving Lotion bottle and shake gently. Mixture is ready to apply as soon as it feels warm. • Apply Waving Lotion to each rod, saturating thoroughly. • Place plastic cap over rods, making sure all rods are covered. Secure ends of cap in front.
