We ship from Ohio to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time. Orders placed before 2 PM EST on business days typically ship same day.

Start your return

Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We respond within 24 hours.

Ship it back

Pack the unopened product in its original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Get your refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we process your refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Common questions

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly. If your order has not shipped yet, email us at [email protected] and we will do our best to make changes. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to all 50 US states only. International shipping is not available at this time, but we are working on it.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships. You can also check order status in your account or ask Vi for an update.
What happens to my GLOW Bucks if I return an order?
GLOW Bucks earned from a returned order will be deducted from your balance. If you used GLOW Bucks on the order, they will be restored to your account after the return is processed.
