What Vi does

• Builds your routine from a short assessment — your hair type, porosity, water, climate, and what you want to change.
• Scores products across professional salon brands with patent-pending Studio Match Intelligence — personalized only from your answers.
• Screens every recommendation against the sensitivities you set (sulfates, silicones, fragrance, and more).
• Saves your profile as a Hair Passport you can view, edit, share, or delete.

What Vi never does

• No photos and no biometrics — Vi works from your answers, never your camera.
• No medical advice — Vi is hair care only, and never diagnoses skin or scalp conditions. See a professional for health concerns.
• No invented scores — if Vi doesn't know your hair yet, it says so instead of guessing.
• No selling your data — your profile exists to build your routine, nothing else.

• Vi asks before your first conversation — nothing is collected until you say yes.
• Your Hair Passport is yours: update it, rescore it, or delete it anytime.
