Instead, this unique, highly black pigmented shampoo neutralizes yellow & brassy tones for a picturesque platinum finish. Best suited for very light, cooler blonde, or platinum blonde hair. For best results, finish with icy blond conditioner.

How to Use

Apply evenly to damp hair, leave in for a few minutes, then rinse. If a more intense result is desired, leave in for a few more minutes. Once desired pigment has been achieved, icy blonde should be used once a week and alternate with other color-safe to maintain results.
